What God really wants to do in your life when you have the desire to serve Him!

For God to use us, we must have desire.  If you want God to move in your life, be obedient! Everyone who has the will to serve God may serve him, but only those who care for and understand God’s intention are qualified and entitled to serve him.

You can be moved by God’s Grace. 

2 Kings 2:1-16  The removal of Elijah was a type and figure of the ascension of Christ, and the opening of the kingdom of heaven to all believers. Elijah left his mantle to Elisha; as a token of the descent of the Spirit upon him; it was more than if he had left him thousands of gold and silver.

1 cor 14:12. Unless it is your desire, passion and prayer to know and do the will of God, you will never experience God or have the kind of relationship with him that he desires to have with you.  To know God is to do the will of God, and to do the will of God is to experience God. God will equip you for service.

Acts 4.  Chapter Contents:  Peter and John imprisoned. (1-4) The apostles boldly testify to Christ. (5-14) Peter and John refuse to be silenced. (15-22) The believers unite in prayer and praise. (23-31) The holy charity of the Christians. (32-37) Commitment to God is what will enable you to be used by God based on your faith and desire to serve Him.

Gen 39:1-9.   In Matthew Henry’s concise commentary, “Our enemies may strip us of outward distinctions and ornaments; but wisdom and grace cannot be taken from us. They may separate us from friends, relatives, and country; but they cannot take from us the presence of the Lord.

“Good men are the blessings of the place where they live; good servants may be so, though mean and lightly esteemed. The prosperity of the wicked is, one way or other, for the sake of the godly. Here was a wicked family blessed for the sake of one good servant in it.”

This is a good reminder to all of us that God blesses the righteous. (Psalm 5:12 - For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous).  God will use a person of Integrity.  Integrity is of the utmost importance in the Kingdom of God.

God will bless the man and women of integrity in all areas of your life.
